The business has been fun but I am looking into other interests, so I am offering it for sale under the following guidelines:

-I would ship you the complete hovercraft, jet, and high-volt plans in a reproducible format (not binded). I would also ship a copy of each in a ready to distribute format (binded) so you can see the look that they have when they reach the customer.

-I will also ship you a CD with a full catalogue of pictures of the kits for you to use in building a website, any promotional efforts, or in any other way you see fit. The CD will also contain the MS Word files of the written portions of the plans.

-You will receive my username and password to the administration section of the website, it will be fully yours.

-You would receive full legal rights to reproduce, modify, and expand the kits and plans as you see fit.

-You will receive legal right to produce the plans in a electronic format that can be emailed or downloaded. This will let you tap into an international market in a simple and profitable way.

-You will receive legal right to use the FSP name, or to simply absorb the products into your existing business.

-I would ship the complete high-voltage kit with the transformer. I believe having all the kit components in a ready-to-build format will not only help you to get the kit ready reproduction at your site, but also in any promotional efforts.

-You will receive my complete inventory of various hovercraft, jet, and high voltage parts.

-The LLC, the very business entity itself will be yours, and will need to be transferred to your state.

Essentially the entire company will be yours, minus working funds in the company's bank account.  This company is debt free.

What do you think? Are you interested? I think the right person could take the products a long way and do a great job of marketing them overseas as well.  I have invested hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in my business. It has been especially hard to take the time and money to develop products because I have a young family. (Wife with two kids, an infant 9 months old and toddler 2 years old!) It has obviously cost a lot of time and money to develop this business, time and extra money that you will not have to spend if I give you everything outlined above. For this reason I believe a starting price of $4000 US dollars is a more than reasonable starting price for the said agreement. Any shipping costs are on me. Once the funds clear, the products, information, and legal agreements will be shipped immediately.
