European Buyers –

Having built an US-based business, I'm finding that about half of my correspondence is international and un-reachable due to the high cost of international shipping. So I am offering an international branch of my business for sale under the following guidelines:

-I would ship you the complete hovercraft, jet, and high-volt plans in a reproducible format (not binded). I would also ship a copy of each in a ready to distribute format (binded) so you can see the look that they have when they reach the customer.

-I will also ship you a CD with a full catalogue of pictures of the kits for you to use in building a website, any promotional efforts, or in any other way you see fit. The CD will also contain the MS Word files of the written portions of the plans if you need to modify them easily for your market.

-You would receive full legal rights to reproduce, modify, and expand the kits and plans as you see fit.

-To facilitate the transition to your market I will produce a detailed list of supplies and my suppliers for the various kits. Some of my suppliers may distribute in Europe and some may not. This list would help you to find the correct supplies quickly and efficiently, and outline any changes you may need to do to the kits.

-Web links will be placed on www.fsplimited.com to direct any European traffic to your site. About half of my correspondence has been international, so this should produce some immediate customers for you. A link to my site would be appreciated, although this would probably just boost my internet rank and not do too much customer-wise.

-You will receive legal right to produce the plans in a electronic format that can be emailed or downloaded. This will let you tap into an international market in a simple and profitable way.

-You will receive legal right to use the FSP name, or to simply absorb the products into your existing business.

-Future product ideas and development will be shared regularly in a friendly, non-business like manner! I think this is exciting. I imagine a great partnership where we can work together to not only build and distribute some awesome kits, but also share ideas and develop more awesome products. I have an idea for an inexpensive high-speed boat hull that could be used for fast/recreational purposes or in a luxury cruising boat.

-I would ship the complete high-voltage kit with the transformer. I believe having all the kit components in a ready-to-build format will not only help you to get the kit ready for European distributing, but also give you an excellent product for display and promotional/trade show opportunities.

What do you think? Are you interested? I think the right person could take the products a long way and do a great job of marketing them overseas with a great company. Even though you will be a completely separate business entity that can do whatever you want with our products, I'm excited for the partnership. I have invested hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in my business. It has been especially hard to take the time and money to develop products because I have a young family. (Wife with two kids, an infant 9 months old and toddler 2 years old!) It has obviously cost a lot of time and money to develop this business, time and extra money that you will not have to spend if I give you everything outlined above. For this reason I believe a starting price of $2500 US dollars (about 1250 Pounds or 1825 Euros) is a more than reasonable starting price for the said agreement. Any shipping costs are on me. Once the funds clear, the products, information, and legal agreements will be shipped immediately.
